Big Change Made To AEW All In: Texas Card As Champion Is Not Medically Cleared

In a stunning announcement just hours before showtime, AEW President Tony Khan has revealed that TNT Champion Adam Cole is not medically cleared to compete at today’s All In: Texas event. As a result, Cole is vacating the championship, and a new champion will be crowned tonight.

Adam Cole Injured, Vacates TNT Title

The news came directly from Tony Khan, who announced that an undisclosed medical issue will prevent Adam Cole from defending his championship as scheduled. Cole was originally set to defend the TNT Championship in a one-on-one match against Kyle Fletcher at the event in Arlington, Texas. Due to the champion not being medically cleared, Cole has been forced to relinquish the title.

New Four-Way Match Set To Crown Champion

With the TNT Championship now vacant, a new match has been made for tonight’s pay-per-view to crown the next champion. Kyle Fletcher will now compete in a four-way match against three new opponents: Daniel Garcia, Sammy Guevara, and “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes. The winner of the match will leave Globe Life Field as the new TNT Champion.

This last-minute change adds another layer of unpredictability to an already stacked All In: Texas card. The show will also feature three other major championship bouts, including Jon Moxley defending the AEW World Championship against “Hangman” Adam Page in a Texas Death Match, Toni Storm defending the AEW Women’s World Championship against Mercedes Moné, and a Winner Takes All match between Kazuchika Okada and Kenny Omega.
