Tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw will feature the fallout from a massive weekend that included both the Saturday Night’s Main Event and the all-women’s Evolution premium live events. Two world champions are set to appear, a Hall of Famer will be in action, and a future title challenger will make her decision.
Champions Appear Following The Weekend
The new Women’s World Champion, Naomi, is scheduled to appear on Raw tonight. Naomi shocked the world at Evolution last night when she successfully cashed in her Money in the Bank contract during the main event to capture the title. Also set to appear is the dominant World Heavyweight Champion, GUNTHER, following his successful and hard-hitting title defense against Goldberg at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Nikki Bella In Action, Vaquer To Announce Her Choice
A singles match has been announced for tonight’s show as WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella will go one-on-one with Chelsea Green. Additionally, Stephanie Vaquer, the winner of the battle royal at Evolution, will be live on Raw to officially announce which world champion she will challenge for a title match at the Clash in Paris premium live event on August 31.
Tonight’s Raw will also likely feature an update on the condition of Seth Rollins, who was reported to have suffered a significant knee injury over the weekend. WWE previously confirmed a Gauntlet match with the winner facing Gunther at SummerSlam. It will see CM Punk vs. Jey Uso vs. LA Knight vs. Penta vs. Bron Breakker
