WWE Star Ends Long Winless Streak On Raw

On last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella achieved a major milestone, scoring her first singles victory on the red brand in nearly seven years, or over 2500 days.

Nikki Bella Ends Long Winless Streak On Raw

Following a confrontation between the two during the battle royal at WWE Evolution, Nikki Bella went one-on-one with the inaugural Women’s United States Champion, Chelsea Green. Despite interference from Green’s “Secret Hervice” faction members, Alba Fyre and Piper Niven, Bella hit the Rack Attack 2.0 for the victory. The win marked her first win on Monday Night Raw since defeating Ruby Riott on September 10, 2018. It also marked her first TV win since October 8, 2018.

An Unlikely Alliance Forms After Post-Match Attack

After the match, the Secret Hervice immediately attacked Nikki Bella. As they stood over the fallen Hall of Famer, Stephanie Vaquer made a surprise appearance, rushing to the ring to even the odds. Vaquer cleared the ring of Green, Fyre, and Niven before helping Bella to her feet, with the two showing mutual respect.

The new alliance is an interesting one, as Stephanie Vaquer is currently on a major career trajectory. At the Evolution premium live event, Vaquer won a battle royal to earn a world championship match at Clash in Paris on August 31. Earlier on last night’s Raw, she officially announced she will be challenging SmackDown’s Naomi for the Women’s World Championship, meaning her new partnership with Raw’s Nikki Bella adds an intriguing cross-brand element to her journey.
