AEW star Ricochet appears to be embracing a new direction for his character, as he has filed a new trademark for what looks to be a new nickname: “Lightskin Kingpin.”
Ricochet Files ‘Lightskin Kingpin’ Trademark
The trademark was filed by Ricochet under his real name, Trevor Mann. The filing covers a wide range of purposes, including entertainment services such as wrestling performances and personal appearances, as well as merchandise like shirts, sweatshirts, and hats
A New Faction And A New Attitude
The new moniker aligns with Ricochet’s recent on-screen developments. Over the past few weeks on AEW television, he has been in the process of forming a new faction, finding backup in the powerful duo of Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun, the Gates of Agony. This new “Kingpin” nickname fits perfectly with his emerging role as a faction leader.
Fans will get another look at Ricochet’s new direction on this week’s episode of AEW Collision. The show will feature Ricochet in a one-on-one match against AR Fox.
