With SummerSlam just a couple of weeks away, the event’s official host, Cardi B, is already getting involved in the WWE drama. The Grammy-winning artist recently exchanged words on social media with both WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Triple H, and WWE star Bayley.
Cardi B Responds To Triple H
The interaction began when Cardi B responded to a previous quote from Triple H, in which he said he couldn’t control what she might do at SummerSlam. After catching up on recent WWE storylines, Cardi sent a message directly to him.
“Listen @TripleH these girls trying me,” she posted on Twitter.
Bayley Interjects, Cardi Claps Back
The tweet caught the attention of Bayley, who responded to Cardi by saying she is “free.” Cardi B quickly fired back with a message for her boss, telling Triple H to “leave her at home,” presumably referring to Bayley.
Bayley is not currently scheduled for a match at SummerSlam. This social media exchange could be an early hint at a potential confrontation between the star and the host at the two-night event.
