AEW Worlds End Is Coming To Chicago This December

All Elite Wrestling has announced that its year-end pay-per-view, Worlds End, will be returning to the company’s roots. AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that the event will take place on Saturday, December 27th, at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, just outside of Chicago.

AEW Worlds End Comes To Chicago

In a major announcement, Khan revealed the details for the final pay-per-view on the 2025 calendar. “I thought it would be great for the first time ever, this holiday season, to bring AEW Worlds End to the Chicagoland area,” Khan said. Tickets for the event are scheduled to go on sale to the general public on Monday, September 8th, with presale opportunities available for AEW Insiders.

Returning To ‘Where It All Began’

Khan also noted the historical significance of the venue, which hosted the independent “All In” show in 2018 that served as the catalyst for the creation of All Elite Wrestling. “I’m very excited to announce December 27th, for the first time ever, Worlds End is coming to Chicago… the NOW Arena, where it all began for us,” he stated.

Worlds End will cap off a busy pay-per-view schedule for AEW in the latter half of 2025. Before the company heads to Chicago in December, it has three other major events scheduled: Forbidden Door in London, UK on August 24, All Out in Toronto, Canada on September 20, and WrestleDream in St. Louis, Missouri on October 18.
