Jade Cargill Credits WWE Star Nia Jax For Being A “Legit Ring General”

While preparing for her WWE Women’s Championship match at SummerSlam, Jade Cargill is already looking toward the future. In an interview on “Busted Open,” she made it clear that winning the title is not her final goal, listing several top stars she wants to have “legendary” matches with down the line.

More to Accomplish

When asked if winning at SummerSlam would mean she’s accomplished her goals, Cargill was emphatic. “There’s more left,” she stated, before listing her dream opponents. “I want to have a match with Rhea one day. I want to have a legendary match with Charlotte flair one day… so many different women that I want to have matches with, and being in the ring with these women elevate you.”

The Pursuit of Being a Legend

Cargill stressed that her main goal is to improve and create a legacy. “I didn’t just come here for the the glamor and the glitz, like I came here to get better and to work with the best women, and that’s what I’m here for,” she said. “I want to have these astounding stories with these ladies.” She reiterated her ultimate ambition, saying, “When I say I came here to be a legend, I meant that.”

Who Elevates Her Game

When asked which superstar has elevated her game the most in WWE so far, Cargill gave a clear answer. “Nia Jax, she’s a legit ring General,” Cargill said. “She is, I think she’s very underappreciated when it comes to leading in the ring. She’s great, great, great, great, great.”

Her Go-To for Brutal Honesty

For advice, Cargill revealed that her go-to person backstage is William Regal. When asked to choose just one mind to get advice from, she chose Regal because of his honesty. “He tells me how it is. He’ll tell me if it looks like shit, he’ll say, ‘what were you thinking?’ With a straight face,” she explained. “And I appreciate people like that. I don’t like people that add the fluff… I would rather somebody say, ‘what was that shit out there?'”
