Since his WWE release, Steveson has transitioned to a potential career in the National Football League, signing a contract with the Buffalo Bills. He has also been seen training in the world of Mixed Martial Arts with former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones, keeping his options open for a future in combat sports.

Steveson’s WWE tenure saw him make several appearances on both Raw and NXT, including an in-ring debut where he wrestled Baron Corbin to a double count-out at NXT Great American Bash 2023.
