WWE SummerSlam Results: Solo Sikoa Retains US Title With Help From MFTs

United States Champion Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu inside of a steel cage took place at the WWE SummerSlam – night 2 Premium Live Event from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. 

Solo got the upperhand in the early going before trying to walk out the door, but Fatu stopped him. Fatu fired back with some strikes before Solo tossed him into the face. Fatu with a samoan drop then a back splash. Fatu with a moonsault for a near fall. The Bloodline came out before Jimmy delivered superkicks before Talla laid him out. Fatu closed the door and Solo hit the samoan spike for 2. Talla handcuffed Fatu to the top of the steel cage before he broke through them. Talla kicked the door int the face of Fatu and Solo fell out to win the match. 

Winner: Solo Sikoa

Post-match, Jimmy attacked Tonga and Mateo and put him in the cage so Fatu beat them down. Fatu with a moonsault off the top of the cage onto the two stars.
