Blake Monroe vs Kelani Jordan
As Monroe and Jordan were fighting, Jordynne Grace came to the ring wearing a neck brace which sent Monroe running out into the parking lot. Grace chased after her but Monroe hopped into a vehicle before Grace could get to her. Meantime the referee counted out Monroe.
Winner by count-out: Kelani Jordan
Backstage:
Chase U asked Andre Chase what their chances were of beating Hank and Tank tonight. Andre reluctantly said one in a million. Chase U excitedly said so you’re saying we have a chance. Chase said I have your backs.
NXTÂ Tag Team Championship: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger (c) vs Uriah Connors & Kale Dixon (w/Andre Chase)
Hank and Tank hit Dixon with the Assisted Powerslam. The referee said Dixon got his arm up before the count of three. Hank and Tank hit the Assisted Power slam on him again and pinned him. After the match Dark State attacked both teams.
Winners: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger
Backstage:
The Personal Concierge told Jacy Jayne that Ash By Elegance will beat you for the TNA Knockouts Championship this Thursday. Fatal Influence told him to leave.
Tavion Heights congratulated Myles Borne on his victory last week.
Izzi Dame told Tatum Paxley that The Culling believes in her.
Myles Borne vs Lexis King
King worked on Borne’s ear. Borne hit King with a release belly-to-belly suplex. He pulled his knee pad down and dropped King ear first onto it. Borne hit the Borne Again on King and pinned him. King was selling his ear after the match.
Winner: Myles Borne
Backstage:
Dark State gloated about their attack tonight and admitted they were the ones who jumped Hank and Tank two weeks ago and said we are not done yet.
Nia Jax vs Thea Hail
Hail kicked Jax and covered her for a count of two. Hail went to the top rope but Jax pulled her straight down to the mat. Jax pounded her into the turnbuckles with her hip, hit her with the Annihilator and pinned her. After the match, Jax said Lash Legend is not going to make a name off of my back. Legend got in the ring and a fight broke out between them with security immediately breaking it up.
Winner: Nia Jax
Backstage:
Ava told Jordynne Grace I know you will be cleared so you can take on Blake Monroe at Heatwave. I know I’m supposed to be unbiased but I believe she deserves to have her ass kicked.
In the ring:
Femi said I’ve beaten everybody in the division. Trick Williams came out and said while you’re a big dog, I’m the biggest dog NXT has to offer. I’m the man who can carry both NXT and TNA.
Je’Von Evans entered the ring. Evans challenged Williams to a match with the winner facing Femi for the NXT Championship. Femi said he likes the idea and the match should take place tonight. Williams said hell no. We should give it two weeks in Philadelphia.
Moose entered the ring. He told Williams he will win the TNA Championship from him in 10 days at TNA Emergence. He told Femi he hasn’t forgotten about Roadblock.
At that point, Dark State hit the ring to attack all four of them with Femi, Williams, Moose and Evans getting the better of them before security broke them up.
Backstage:
Arianna Grace told Stacks she is just checking on him. Immediately Nia Jax and Lash Legend entered the area brawling with each other.
Charlie Dempsey told Wren Sinclair that it’s his fault there isn’t a No Quarter Catch Crew anymore because he taught Myles Borne and Tavion Heights too well. Sinclair said I can cheer you up and sang Joe Hendry’s song. Hendry came out of the refrigerator. Hendry handed Dempsey a pair of pants and shirt that matched his. Dempsey said I will never wear these and threw them down. Hendry said I can cheer you up by wrestling you next week. Sinclair excitedly accepted for him and Dempsey walked off. Sinclair then took a selfie with Hendry.
Yoshiki Inamura vs Stacks
As Inamura and Stacks were fighting outside the ring, Arianna Grace came out and slapped Inamura across the face. Inamura got back in the ring. With the referee trying to get Grace away from ringside, Josh Briggs ran into the ring and kicked Inamura in the face. Stacks covered Inamura. The referee got in the ring and counted the pinfall.
Winner: Stacks
In the ring:
Ethan Page said he is the greatest Canadian of all time. As he started to sing the Canadian National Anthem, Tavion Heights interrupted him. He said you’re representing your country and I can respect that. I represented the United States in the Olympics. I just got out of the NQCC and I’m looking where to direct my energy and it looks like it’s going to be on you. Chelsea Green and the Secret Hervice came out. Green told Heights that Page is the model Canadian, second only to me. She told Heights that you don’t have the balls to hit a woman like me. Heights hit Page and told Green I wouldn’t hit a woman but I will find a woman who will.
Backstage:
Fatal Influence told Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan to follow Jordynne Grace’s footsteps and run away. Jazmyn Nyx told Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley that she talked to Ava and got them a tag team match for next week. I’ll let her know I’ve found your opponents.
Nia Jax and Lash Legend continued their brawl backstage. Ava told them they can fight each other next week as she scheduled them for a match against each other.
Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans and Moose were arguing with each other. Ava told them it will be Williams and Evans against Femi and Moose at Heatwave. Next week the four of you will team up against Dark State. Hank and Tank came in and wanted to face Dark State. Ava said they can have two members of Dark State who will challenge for their tag team titles at Heatwave.
Ricky Saints said he wants to eventually be on RAW or SmackDown, but on his way there, he wants to become NXT Champion and Jasper Troy is in his way of becoming champion. I will defeat him at Heatwave.
NXT Women’s North American Championship: Sol Ruka (c) (w/Zaria) vs Tatum Paxley (w/Shawn Spears, Niko Vance, and Izzi Dame)Â
Paxley gave Ruka a swinging neck breaker off the top rope. Spears was going to hand Paxley her doll, but Izzi stopped him. As Spears and Izzi talked, Spears laid the doll on the mat. Paxley grabbed it. While this was going on, Nia Jax and Lash Legend made their way to the ring continuing their brawl. With Paxley watching Jax and Legend brawl, Ruka hit her with the Sol Snatcher and pinned her.
Winner: Sol Ruka
