Peacock, the exclusive streaming home of the WWE Network in the United States, has announced an upcoming price increase for its subscription plans. The move will directly affect WWE fans who use the service to watch monthly Premium Live Events, and it comes as WWE’s long-term future on the platform is now officially limited due to the company’s new deal with ESPN, which begins in 2026.
The New Peacock Pricing
According to an announcement sent to subscribers this week, the price of Peacock’s subscription plans is set to rise. The Premium monthly plan, which includes access to WWE PLEs, will increase from $7.99 to $10.99 per month. The ad-free Premium Plus monthly plan will go from $13.99 to $16.99. Annual plans will also see a significant increase, with the Premium tier rising from $79.99 to $109.99 and the Premium Plus tier increasing from $139.99 to $169.99 per year.

The Impact on WWE Fans
Since 2021, Peacock has been the exclusive streaming home for all WWE Premium Live Events in the United States, including major shows like WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam. This new pricing structure means fans will have to pay more for access to these monthly events for the remainder of WWE’s contract with the NBCUniversal streaming service.
A Limited Future on the Platform
This price increase for Peacock comes as WWE prepares for an even bigger shift in its distribution model. It has been officially announced that WWE has agreed to a new deal that will move its Premium Live Events to an ESPN-based platform beginning in 2026. That new service is expected to cost $29.99 per month, a price point significantly higher than even Peacock’s newly increased rate. However, depending on the cable company, viewers who already receive ESPN as part of their existing cable package would likely be able to access the new WWE streaming content through authentication, meaning they would not have to pay the additional $29.99 monthly fee.
