Adam Page – MJF face to face

MJF told Page you are most vulnerable when you’re angry so I intend on making you very angry. Page said I already told you that you’re only going to get a title match if you earn it, which you haven’t done, or cash in your contract. You’re afraid because you know you don’t have what it takes to be the champion. MJF got upset and said he will cash in his Casino Gauntlet Contract at Forbidden Door.

Outside:

Jon Moxley said that whatever Darby Allin thinks is happening at Forbidden Door is not happening

Jon Moxley (w/Wheeler Yuta & Marina Shafir) vs Kevin Knight (w/Mike Bailey)

Knight hit Moxley with a DDT. He went for the UFO Splash but Moxley got his knees up and caught him in the sleeper to win the match.

Winner: Jon Moxley

Moxley wouldn’t release the hold. Bailey came in to try to pry Moxley off Knight but Yuta beat him up and threw him out of the ring. Shafir punched Bailey outside the ring.

Darby Allin came out dragging an empty body bag. Knight dropkicked Moxley out of the ring. Allin hit Yuta with his skateboard and put him in the body bag. Allin was going for the coffin drop but Claudio Castagnoli caught him and began beating him up. Claudio took Yuta out of the body bag. He then suplexed Allin and put him in the body bag and gave him an airplane spin. Claudio unzipped the body bag and wrapped a chair around Allin’s neck. Before Claudio could attack Allin’s neck, Will Ospreay came out and attacked Claudio.

Claudio said he will get his friends and challenged Moxley to get his friends and meet him in a lights out steel cage in London.

Mercedes Mone, Sky Blue, and Thekla (w/Julia Hart) vs Alex Windsor, Queen Aminata, and Willow Nightingale

Windsor had Mercedes in the Sharpshooter but she managed to tag in Blue. Windsor went for the Sharpshooter on Blue but Mercedes hit Windsor with the Backstabber. Willow hit Mercedes with the Pounce. Blue gave Willow a DDT. Queen gave Blue and Thekla a headbutt. Windsor caught Blue in the Sharpshooter causing her to tap out.

Winners: Alex Windsor, Queen Aminata, and Willow Nightingale

After the match, Toni Storm and Athena brawled in the stands. Blue, Thekla, Queen, and Willow brawled to the back. Mone attacked Windsor in the ring. Athena and Storm brawled to the ring. Windsor hit Mone with a discus punch inside the ring. Storm issued a challenge to Mercedes and Athena to fight her and Windsor next week.

Backstage:

Will Ospreay said he talked to Tony Khan and he loved the idea of the lights out steel cage match. Ospreay said he will team with Darby Allin, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and a couple more people he still needs to confirm. When Rene Paquette asked him how his herniated disks in his neck are. Ospreay said fine, and I would love to have a chat with your husband next week.

Adam Copeland vs Stokely Hathaway

Copeland and Stokely fought in the crowd before getting back in the ring. FTR came to the ring. Copeland speared Stokely and invited FTR to get into the ring. Copeland told Stokely they don’t care about you. As Copeland was setting Stokely up for the pile driver, FTR got closer to the ring ropes. Copeland let Stokely go and dove through the ropes on Dax Harwood with a spear. Cash Wheeler went for a pile driver on Copeland, but Copeland backdropped him into the ring. He then clotheslined Harwood into the ring and clotheslined them both over the top rope. As Copeland went for the spear on Hathaway, Wheeler threw powder into Copeland’s eye which caused the referee to call for the bell.

As FTR was setting Copeland up for a pile driver, Christian Cage came to the ring with a spiked board which caused FTR to leave the ring. Nick Wayne hit the ring and tried to hit Christian from behind with a chair, but Christian turned around in time and hit the chair out of Nick’s hands with his spiked board. As Kip Sabian was getting ready to hit Christian from behind with a chair, Copeland nailed Kip with a spear.

Christian and Copeland had a staredown before Christian handed Copeland the spiked board. As Christian turned around, Copeland grabbed him and hugged him. Christian left the ring with a confused look on his face.

Kyle Fletcher, Josh Alexander, and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs Tomohiro Ishii, Hologram, Brody King, and Hiromu Takahashi

The Bucks superkicked Justin Roberts for not announcing them like they wanted.

Fletcher, The Young Bucks, Hologram, and Brody all brawled and dove over the ropes onto each other. Inside the ring, Takahashi blocked the C4 Spike by Fletcher, gave him a Death Valley Driver, and pinned him.

It was announced that Tony Khan fined The Young Bucks $10,000 for their actions on Roberts.

Winners: Tomohiro Ishii, Hologram, Brody King, and Hiromu Takahashi

Swerve Strickland – Okada skirmish

Strickland was asked if he’s medically cleared to compete. Strickland said we get hurt all the time and we push through. I’m not going to let something like that stop me from going after the  Unified Championship against Okada in London.

Okada came out. He told Swerve he has no chance and called him a bitch. Swerve pushed Okada down and the officials came out to hold both of them back.

Backstage:

Jon Moxley was informed that Will Ospreay has recruited Tanahashi for his team. Moxley walked into the Young Bucks’ locker room and closed the door.

The Opps (Shibata, Power House Hobbs, and Samoa Joe) vs La Faccion Ingobernable (Dralistico, The Beast Mortos, and Rush)

Hobbs hit a spinebuster on Mortos. He went for the pin but Dralistico and Rush broke it up. Hobbs tagged in Joe. Mortos tagged in Dralistico. Dralistico came off the top rope but Joe caught him in the Kokina Clutch to win the match.

Winners: The Opps

MJF jumps Adam Page
