WWE NXT General Manager Ava, the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, has taken to social media to shut down a vile and false report that was circulating about her being involved in a serious car accident.
Ava Responds To Death Hoax
A fake post, which included a staged image of Ava and a somber photo of her famous father, began to circulate on social media, claiming that she had been in a “serious car accident.” Ava quickly responded on her X account, setting the record straight and calling out those responsible for spreading the dangerous lie.
A Troubling Trend
This is the second time in recent weeks that a WWE personality has been the target of a malicious hoax. Just last week, veteran WWE referee Charles Robinson also had to take to his social media to debunk a false report that he had passed away. Robinson’s post about the incident went viral, with many fans and wrestlers condemning the spread of such harmful misinformation.
