A new report has revealed that the successful partnership between WWE and AAA is set to continue with another joint show in the United States before the end of 2025.
Another WWE And AAA Show Planned
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported on the future of the collaboration between the two promotions. “There are right now plans for another AAA show in the U.S. before the end of the year,” Meltzer wrote. Details on the date or location for the planned event have not yet been revealed.
A Growing WWE Partnership
Several WWE stars have appeared on AAA programming, including Natalya, who recently made her debut for the company. It was recently reported that WWE’s goal is to eventually use AAA as a “Mexican feeder system for NXT,” aligning the in-ring styles to create a smoother transition for talent moving from AAA to the WWE developmental system.
Tomorrow night, AAA presents its biggest show of the year, Triplemania XXXIII. The main event will feature a four-way match for the AAA Mega Championship, with the champion, El Hijo del Vikingo, defending against three WWE superstars: Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and El Grande Americano. The full report on the planned show can be found in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
