WWE NXT Preview: Go-Home Show For Heatwave, Street Fight

Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT is the official go-home show for this Sunday’s Heatwave premium live event, and the brand is hitting the road for a show from The Met Philadelphia, the historic former home of ECW. The card is loaded with a one contender’s match, a Philadelphia Street Fight, and more.

NXT Heatwave Main Event To Be Decided

The main event of this Sunday’s Heatwave PLE will be determined tonight, as TNA World Champion Trick Williams will go one-on-one with Je’Von Evans. The winner of this match will earn the right to challenge the dominant NXT Champion, Oba Femi, for the title this Sunday.

A Philadelphia Street Fight And More NXT Action

In a heated grudge match, the powerhouse Yoshiki Inamura will take on his former friend, Josh Briggs, in a Philadelphia Street Fight. The show will also feature a massive six-woman tag team match that will serve as a preview for the TNA Knockouts Championship match at Heatwave. The team of the champion, Jacy Jayne, and her Fatal Influence stablemates will take on The Elegance Brand, with Masha Slamovich serving as the special guest referee.

Also on the show, Ricky Saints will look for revenge against Jasper Troy in a singles match, Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe will have a face-to-face confrontation, and Chelsea Green and Ethan Page will present a “Peace Treaty” to Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steel.
