AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door Results: Wardlow Returns, Kazuchika Okada Keeps Unified Title

AEW Unified Champion: Kazuchika Okada vs. Swerve Strickland took place at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view event from The O2 Arena in London, England.

Swerve threw out Okada before hitting an outside dive. Swerve sold the knee like he had hurt it. Okada with a baseball slide to the floor before Swerve tossed him into the ring steps. Okada with a DDT on the steel steps. Swerve with a back suplex off the middle rope for 2. Swerve took a tombstone on the floor from Okada. Swerve went to the top rope, but Okada met him and did a knee breaker on the top turnbuckle. House Call was missed and Okada with the rainmaker for the win. Okada hit Swerve’s leg with a chair while it was trapped in between the steps and ring post. Prince Nana came out to stop it. Wardlow returned to lay out Prince Nana. Wardlow beat down Nana while Swerve was trapped and watched it. 

Winner: Okada
