Zero Hour matches:
Don Callis Family (Josh Alexander & Hechicero) (w/Don Callis, Lance Archer, and Rocky Romero) & Cru (Lio Rush & Action Andretti) vs Paragon (Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong), Yuya Uemura & El Desperado
Rush missed a splash from the top rope on Uemura. Uemura escaped a backslide from Rush and hit him with a Butterfly Suplex for two-count. Uemura then hit a straight jacket suplex on Rush to pin him.
After the match, the Don Callis Family attacked Paragon, Uemura, and El Desperado. Tomohiro Ishii entered the ring and fought with Archer ending with Ishii suplexing Archer. O’Reilly hugged Ishii but Strong pulled O’Reilly away from him.
Winners: Paragon, Yuya Uemura & El Desperado
Ricochet & The Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) vs Michael Oku (w/Amira Blair) & JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & Speedball Mike Bailey)
Oku had Ricochet in a half crab. Ricochet raked Oku’s eyes to escape. Kaun nailed Oku with a dropkick into the corner. GOA hit the Open the Gates on Oku before Ricochet before Ricochet hit him with the Spirit Gun to pin him.
Winners: Ricochet & The Gates of Agony
Backstage:
Don Callis said his family will retain all their titles tonight.
Megan Bayne (w/Penelope Ford) & The Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Sky Blue, and Thekla) vs Willow Nightingale, Queen Aminata, Harley Cameron, and Kris Statlander
Statlander refused to tag Willow early in the match. She later went for a clothesline on Bayne but Bayne ducked and she struck Willow. Bayne threw Statlander over the top rope. She then hit the Liger Bomb on Cameron and pinned her.
Winners: Megan Bayne and the Triangle of Madness
Backstage:
The Young Bucks told the production guy to make sure you play our old song and give us the superstar treatment. We also want you to find the most dangerous things you can find, put them in this bag, and put the bag underneath the ring. If you don’t do this, what we did to Justin Roberts will happen to you.
Tony Khan came out with Martha & Oje Hart. Tony thanked the crowd and said this is the biggest pro wrestling live crowd in the history of the O2. Martha Hart thanked the crowd and said she is rooting for Hangman Page tonight.
AEW World Trios Championship Match: The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and Powerhouse Hobbs) (champions) Club War Dogs (Clark Connors, Robbie X, and Drilla Moloney) (w/Gedo)Â
Shibata trapped Connors in a sleeper while Hobbs hit the Thesz Press on Moloney. This freed up Joe to hit the Muscle Buster on Robbie and pin him.
Winners: The Opps
AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door PPV Matches:
Adam Copeland & Christian Cage vs Killswitch & Kip Sabian (w/Mother Wayne)
Copeland blocked a superplex attempt by Sabian. Sabina waved Killswitch in to help. Killswitch went underneath Sabian and had him on his shoulders. Copeland came off the top rope with a clothesline on Sabian. It looked like it was intentional by Killswitch standing there with Sabian on his shoulders waiting for Copeland to deliver the clothesline. Sabian rolled up Christian for a two-count. Christian hit a reverse DDT on Sabian. Luchasaurus grabbed Cage by the throat but Copeland speared him out of the ring. Christian went for a spear on Sabian but Sabian hit him with a knee. He threw Sabian up in the air and Copeland caught him with a spear on the way down. Christian then covered Sabian for the win.
Winners: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage
TNT Championship Match: Kyle Fletcher (champion) (w/Don Callis & Lance Archer) vs Hiromu TakahashiÂ
Fletcher hit Takahashi with two running kicks into the corner. Takahashi blocked a brainbuster by Fletcher and rolled him up for a two-count. Fletcher went for the brainbuster again. This time he nailed it and pinned him to win the match.
Winner: Kyle Fletcher
Four-Way Match for the TBS Women’s Championship: Mercedes Mone (champion) vs Alex Windsor vs Persephone vs Bozilla
Persephone grabbed Bozilla from the top rope and gave her a Razor’s Edge. Windsor got Persephone in the Sharpshooter. Mone broke it up by giving Windsor the Lungblower. Persephone went for the Razor’s Edge on Mone but Mone blocked it and rolled her up to win the match.
Winner: Mercedes Mone
IWGP World Championship Match: Zack Sabre Jr. (champion) vs Nigel McGuinness (w/Daniel Garcia)
Nigel hit the Tower of London but Zack got his foot on the rope to break the pinfall attempt. They exchanged several roll up attempts for near falls before Nigel rolled him up for the win. They both shook each other’s hands after the match. Garcia hugged Nigel afterwards.
Winner: Zack Sabre Jr.Â
Tony Schiavone announced that this show broke the professional wrestling attendance recorded at the O2 arena with 18,992 fans.
Jamie Hayter returns
Queen Aminata and Thekla brawled from the backstage area to the ramp with Excalibur saying they’ve been fighting all this while since Zero Hour. Julia Hart and Sky Blue came out and attacked Aminata until Jamie Hayter came out to save her.
Three Way Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) (champions) vs FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) (w/Stokely Hathaway) vs Brodido (Brody King & Bandido)
Late in the match, three guys in New Japan track suits came down and attacked The Hurt Syndicate as they brawled up the aisle. They revealed themselves as Ricochet and The Gates of Agony. Inside the ring, Brodido hit the Power-Plex on Harwood. Bandido scored the pinfall on Harwood using the assisted monkey-flip from King.
Winners and new AEW World Tag Team Champions: Brodido
AEW Unified Champion: Kazuchika Okada (champion) (w/ Don Callis) vs Swerve Strickland (w/Prince Nana)
Okada hit a high dropkick but Strickland came back with a kick to Okada’s face. Strickland missed a kick to the back of Okada’s head and Okada hit the Rainmaker to score the pinfall. After the match, Okada set up Strickland’s knee between the ring steps and the ring post and repeatedly hit his knee with the steel chair. Nana came back with a pipe to fend him off. Wardlow came in and clotheslined Nana. He hammered away at Nana while Strickland’s knee was still trapped between the ring steps and the ring post. Security came in to try to stop Wardlow but Wardlow destroyed them. Wardlow hugged Callis as the Don Callis family came out to welcome him.
Winner: Kazuchika Okada
AEW Women’s World Championship Match: Toni Storm vs Athena (w/Billie Starkz)
Storm went for a piledriver on the edge of the ring but Starks pulled the ring apron from underneath her to break it up. As Storm argued with Starks, Athena hit the O-Face on Storm landing Storm down on the ring rope to the apron. Starks went for a chair but Mina Shirakawa grabbed it from her and chased her to the back. Storm recovered and exchanged roll ups with Athena. Storm blocked the O-Face and locked Athena in the chicken wing causing her to tap out.
Winner: Toni Storm
AEW World Championship Match: Hangman Adam Page (champion) vs MJF (the title can change hands via count-out or disqualification)
MJF gave Page his Dynamite Diamond ring hoping he would use it on him and get disqualified. Page restrained himself from using it and spit in MJF’s face. As Page went for the Buckshot Lariat, MJF pulled the referee in front of him hoping Page would crash into him, but Page stopped himself. MJF shoved Page into the referee who got knocked down. He gave Page a low blow and a Heatseeker. The referee recovered to make the count of three but didn’t see Page’s foot on the ropes.
Mark Briscoe tried to make his way to the ring as he punched the security team who was trying to hold him back. MJF turned around and saw Page’s foot still on the rope. As he tried to pull his foot off, the referee now noticed this and called for the match to continue. MJF pushed the referee. The referee pushed MJF back, sending him into a clothesline by Page. Page went for the Buckshot Lariat but MJF blocked it.
Page threw in his CMLL title belt. While the referee was tossing the belt out of the ring, MJF grabbed the contract and hit Page over the head with it which only got a two-count. He pulled the Diamond ring out of his trunks but the referee stopped him. As the ref turned his back to toss the diamond ring out of the ring, Page hit MJF in the head with the contract. Page hit the Dead Eye and Buckshot Lariat on MJF and pinned him.
Winner: Hangman Adam Page
Lights Out Steel Cage Match: Will Ospreay, Darby Allin, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs The Death Riders (Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli) (w/Wheeler Yuta & Marina Shafir), The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), and Gabe KiddÂ
The Young Bucks didn’t get their ring entrance music they requested from the production guy they bullied earlier in the show. When they grabbed the bag under the ring, it was filled with gummy candy.
Claudio duck-taped Darby to the chair and Moxley dug the fork into Darby’s earlobe causing him to bleed. Claudio picked up the chair with Darby still taped in it and slammed it to the mat.
Yuta helped grab Moxley out of the cage. Darby punched Yuta off the cage, sending him onto the announce desk. He climbed over the cage to battle Moxley. Darby climbed to the top of the cage. Gabe went after him and they both crashed through two sets of tables outside the ring.
Inside the ring, Omega and Ibushi hit Nick Jackson with the golden trigger. Ospreay hit the Hidden Blade on Matt. Omega and Ospreay combined for a Hidden Blade and One-Wing Angel on Matt. Tanahashi finished Matt by giving him the High Fly Flow and pinning him.
Winners: Will Ospreay, Darby Allin, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and Hiroshi Tanahashi
