Nikki Bella Hopes To Team With Brie Bella For One Last Tag Title Run

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella has made it clear that before her current WWE run is over, she has one goal in mind: to reunite with her twin sister, Brie Bella, and win the one set of titles that has eluded them, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Nikki Bella’s Hope For A Bella Twins Reunion

Speaking with Rick Ucchino of Sports Illustrated’s The Takedown, Nikki discussed what she still hopes to accomplish during her current run with WWE. At the top of her list is a final run with her sister.

“Before this run is done, I truly hope to be with Brie going after the tag titles and just having that opportunity to be tag team champions,” Nikki said. “I really wanna have that moment with her.”

A Bella Twins Heel Run

Nikki also revealed that she would want that final run to be as heels, a callback to some of their most memorable work as a team. “And honestly, I wanna have that moment to go back and be a heel with her. Being a villain and causing chaos, doing what the Bella’s do best,” she stated.

The possibility of a Bella Twins reunion remains uncertain. While Nikki has been a regular on Monday Night Raw since her return at the Royal Rumble, Brie Bella has stated in the past that she believes her husband, Bryan Danielson, working for AEW is a “roadblock” to her own potential return to a WWE ring. Nikki recently addressed Brie’s status, which you can read about here.
