WWE Fans May See Chelsea Green And Ethan Page Working Together Soon On The Main Roster

A new report suggests that the recent on-screen pairing of NXT North American Champion Ethan Page and main roster star Chelsea Green has caught the attention of WWE officials. According to a post on X from WrestleVotes, there is internal interest in seeing the duo appear on SmackDown in the near future, as their chemistry on NXT television has “impressed many.”

The report also notes that some within WWE believe that bringing the “newly minted Canadian faction” to the main roster would quickly establish Page as a key player on the brand. This sentiment follows a recent storyline on NXT where Green, who is also from Canada, made a surprise return to the brand to align herself with Page.

The on-screen partnership began earlier this month when Green, who has been a featured member of the main roster and is a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, appeared on NXT. She came out to support her “countryman” Ethan Page and has since acted as his manager and tag team partner. Most recently, the duo teamed up at NXT Heatwave on August 24, where they defeated the team of Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steele in a mixed tag team match.

Page signed with WWE in early 2024. He made his debut in NXT and captured the NXT North American Championship on the May 27, 2025, episode of the show. Since winning the title, he has been a prominent figure on the weekly program, including introducing a custom Canadian-themed version of his championship belt.

Green has been a part of the WWE system at various times since 2018. After being re-signed in 2023, she has had a consistent presence on the main roster, capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with two different partners, Sonya Deville and Piper Niven. Green and Page’s work has received tons of praise by NXT fans and it appears that more fans will get to see them work together on the main roster.
