Former WWE Star To Wrestle First Singles Match In Three Years

Former WWE Women’s and Divas Champion Melina is set to return to the wrestling ring. The veteran star will compete in a singles match in Paris, France, on Friday.

Melina’s Return To The Ring

In a post on her Twitter, Melina shared photos from Paris and hyped up her return to action at a #dragattackparis event. She shared her emotional connection to the city.

Back in Paris 🇫🇷❤️As a kid, I dreamed of this city. My 1st WWE trip here was so short it broke my heart—but Paris stayed w/me. Now I return, not just to enjoy the magic of France, but to wrestle again in the city where I won my 2nd title. Merci, Paris. Je t’aime. See you tomorrow@dragattackparis!

A Three-Year Singles Absence For Melina

Melina’s return to the ring comes three years after her most recent singles match, which took place for the independent promotion WrestlePro in May 2022. In that bout, she was defeated by Rick Cataldo. She worked a battle royal in May.
