Tonight’s AEW Dynamite: September to Remember ended with a tag team contest featuring Hechicero and Josh Alexander taking on Top Flight. The match concluded with Hechicero and Alexander securing the victory, but the aftermath quickly escalated into a multi-team confrontation. Members of the Don Callis Family entered the ring, prompting a response from JetSpeed, The Young Bucks, and Brodido. The latter trio successfully cleared the ring of the opposing factions, only for Bandido to follow up with a dive onto the assembled teams outside the ring.
As the brawling teams made their way backstage, Lance Archer and Rocky Romero attacked Christopher Daniels. This drew out AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page, who intervened and drove Archer and Romero from the ring. However, the confrontation intensified when Kyle Fletcher entered the fray. With Romero holding Page’s leg, Fletcher delivered a clothesline that shifted momentum. Archer and Romero then set up a table outside the ring, but Page managed to avoid being put through it.
Page attempted his signature Buckshot Lariat on Fletcher, but was intercepted by a boot to the head. Fletcher then executed a suplex from the ring apron, sending Page through the table. Fletcher concluded the segment by raising both the AEW TNT and AEW World Championship belts, signaling his intent ahead of their scheduled title match at AEW All Out.
The confrontation between Page and Fletcher adds further tension to their upcoming AEW World Championship bout in Toronto. The match carries a stipulation that if any member of the Don Callis Family interferes, Fletcher will be disqualified and stripped of his AEW TNT Championship.
