WWE NXT’s Lola Vice is dreaming big, and she has her sights set on a “big match” with a recently returned WWE Hall of Famer. In a new interview with Sports Illustrated, the former Bellator fighter shared her hope to one day go one-on-one with Nikki Bella. Vice, who is proud of her Hispanic heritage, also noted her respect for Bella as a fellow Hispanic woman who has achieved massive success in WWE.
“I would love to have a big match against Nikki Bella. When I shared the ring with her at Evolution, I was so happy to be dancing with her. I remember being in the ring, I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe I’m doing this,’” Vice recalled. “I think it’d be cute one day to have a match with her. She’s also a Hispanic woman, I’m just so proud to be part of this time in the WWE.”
Nikki Bella, along with her sister Brie, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021. She made her return to full-time action in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble match, her first time back in a WWE ring in three years. Since her return, she has become a member of the Raw roster, having feuds with several stars, including Becky Lynch. Before her initial retirement due to a neck injury,
Nikki Bella was the longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion in history, holding the title for a record 301 days. Her “Fearless” persona and her role on the hit reality shows Total Divas and Total Bellas made her one of the more influential female stars in the last decade.
Before signing with WWE, she was an MMA fighter with a black belt in Taekwondo, competing in the flyweight division for Bellator MMA, where she held a professional record of four wins and one loss. She signed with WWE in 2022 and has quickly adapted to the pro wrestling business.
