WWE Crown Jewel: Perth – Start Time, Full Card, And How To Stream On ESPN

WWE’s international premium live events continue this weekend with Crown Jewel, emanating from Perth, Western Australia, Australia. Due to the significant time difference, the event will have a special early start time for fans in the United States, airing live this Saturday, October 11, at 8 a.m. ET.

For fans in the United States, WWE Crown Jewel will stream exclusively live on the ESPN App. This marks the second WWE Premium Live Event to stream on the platform, following Wrestlepalooza. To watch the event, fans will need a subscription to the ESPN Unlimited plan, which can be accessed either directly through the app or by authenticating through a traditional pay-TV package.

For those unable to watch the event live at its special 8 a.m. ET start time, the full Crown Jewel broadcast will be available to stream on-demand within the ESPN App. Both the live and on-demand versions of the event, as well as the pre-show and post-show, are included with a subscription to the ESPN Unlimited plan. International viewers in most markets will be able to stream Crown Jewel live on Netflix.

The festivities will begin early with the official WWE Crown Jewel pre-event show, which starts at 6 a.m. ET and will also stream live on the ESPN App. Immediately following the conclusion of the main show, a post-event show will stream live in the same place.

Additionally, ESPN2 will air WWE’s Kickoff Special: Crown Jewel on Friday, October 10, at 3 p.m. ET. This special, emanating from Perth, will feature Superstar interviews and match previews to build anticipation for Saturday’s event.

The main event of the evening will feature a champion vs. champion match for the Men’s WWE Crown Jewel Championship, as SmackDown’s Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes takes on Raw’s World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. This match was set up following Wrestlepalooza when Rollins confronted Rhodes on the post-event show.

A second champion vs. champion match will determine the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion, as SmackDown’s WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton faces Raw’s Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. This match was confirmed after both champions retained their respective titles in the weeks leading up to the event.

The event will also feature the return of Roman Reigns taking on Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight. The match was made after Reigns was confronted by Reed and his advocate, Paul Heyman, on a recent episode of Raw.

John Cena will continue his farewell tour as he competes against his longtime rival, AJ Styles. This match marks Cena’s final pay-per-view and livestreaming event appearance in Australia and outside the United States before his planned retirement from in-ring competition at the end of 2025. The match was built over social media after Cena listed Styles as a desired opponent before he retires.

In other action, Rhea Ripley will compete in her home country of Australia, teaming with Iyo Sky to take on their former Damage CTRL stablemates, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane). This match comes after weeks of tension that saw Asuka betray Sky and attack both her and Ripley.

This event marks the first time Crown Jewel has been held outside of Saudi Arabia, though it is still sponsored by the country’s General Entertainment Authority. The show is part of a larger WWE “takeover weekend” in Perth, which also included tapings of Friday Night SmackDown and will include a taping of Monday Night Raw.

Fans looking to subscribe to the ESPN Unlimited plan can do so directly within the ESPN App or activate their subscription through their pay-TV provider. ESPN is also offering a bundle option that includes the ESPN Unlimited plan along with Disney+ and Hulu.
