Paradigm Talent Agency Expands WWE Roster, Signs First Developmental Talent

Paradigm Talent Agency is continuing its expansion into the world of professional wrestling, announcing that it has signed NXT’s Kelani Jordan and developmental talent Shiloh Hill, as first reported by Sports Business Journal. This move marks the first time the agency has signed developmental talent from WWE, signaling a deeper investment in representing wrestling superstars.

The agency’s sports group launched in November 2023, making waves by brokering the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight on Netflix. Led by longtime agent Nick LoPiccolo and managing partner Andrew Ruf, the sports arm of the agency has quickly built a substantial roster of WWE talent.

Since its launch, Paradigm has signed a number of WWE’s top stars, including CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, Sheamus, Rusev, Montez Ford, Natalya Neidhart, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, and Alexa Bliss. The agency also represents WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff and CJ Perry (formerly Lana) for their legends deals.

With the signings of Jordan and Hill, Paradigm will now support developmental talent in their contract negotiations, branding opportunities outside of the ring, and media appearances. The agency’s commitment to the wrestling space is clear, with LoPiccolo telling SBJ that they plan to continue their expansion.

“Paradigm is bullish on WWE talent because the marketplace dictates the demand,” LoPiccolo said. “If the marketplace takes a turn, we will be at the forefront of that cultural change”.

In addition to its growing list of professional wrestlers, the agency also represents a diverse roster of athletes and entertainers from other fields. Their client list includes Mike Tyson, Amanda Serrano, Zhang Weili, Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Ray Lewis, and the Savannah Bananas baseball team.
