Stephanie Vaquer Has A New Challenger For Her WWE World Championship

A new feud has kicked off on WWE Raw as Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer was confronted by Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez during a championship celebration. The segment, which took place on the special episode of Raw from Perth, Australia, saw Perez stake her claim for a shot at the title.

The show featured an interview segment on the stage where Jackie Redmond congratulated Vaquer on winning the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship over the weekend in Perth. Vaquer stated that she felt “blessed to be the first in history to win four titles in one year,” a reference to her reigns as NXT Women’s Champion, NXT Women’s North American Champion, TNA Knockouts World Champion, and now the Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.

The celebration was cut short by the interruption of Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, who were coming off a tag team loss to Bayley and Lyra Valkyria earlier in the night. Vaquer dismissed their interruption, saying it wasn’t her problem that they were in a bad mood after losing their match.

Perez then stepped up and made her case for a championship opportunity. “Perez said she would be champion if she had been in the title match as she deserved, because she was the last person to beat Iyo Sky,” the recap stated. This is a reference to a match on the August 12, 2025, episode of Raw where Perez defeated the then-champion Sky in a non-title match.

Vaquer responded to the challenge, telling Perez to “stop crying and do something.” Perez retorted that she would do it on her time, not Vaquer’s, leaving the new champion with a clear challenger on the horizon. Click here for complete WWE Raw results.
