WWE Officials Are High On Raw Superstar

While her on-screen partnership with Asuka appears to be more toxic than ever, Kairi Sane is reportedly receiving significant respect from officials behind the scenes in WWE. A new report suggests that Sane’s recent work, both in the ring and in backstage segments, has garnered high praise from multiple sources within the company.

Backstage Praise for Recent Performances

TC from WrestleVotes Radio reported that Sane’s recent performances have been very well-received backstage. The report specifically pointed to two areas where her work has stood out. According to the report, there was “high praise following her match with Rhea Ripley on RAW this past Monday & from her recent backstage segments with Asuka.”

Continued Storyline Development

The praise followed a notable performance on the episode of RAW after Crown Jewel 2025. Sane faced Rhea Ripley in a match that was preceded by a backstage segment where she was berated and slapped by Asuka. The match itself featured a nostalgic moment, as Sane brought back her original WWE entrance theme, “The Next Voyage” by CFO$. Ripley ultimately won the match with a Riptide.

The drama continued after the match when Ripley attempted to put Asuka through the announce table. Sane intervened with a kendo stick to save her partner, but Ripley turned the tables and delivered a DDT to Sane through the desk instead.  TC was also asked how Asuka is seen internally. He responded with, “Asuka is a known commodity. She’s knocked everything they’ve ever given her out of the park.”
