New Segment Added To WWE Raw

WWE has announced a new segment for the upcoming Monday, October 20 episode of Raw. Following their shocking betrayal and attack on former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at the conclusion of this past week’s show, The Vision members Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed are scheduled to appear. They will be accompanied by their apparent new ally, Paul Heyman.

The Vision’s Appearance and Rollins Update

The newly announced segment will see Raw General Manager Adam Pearce address the attack perpetrated by Breakker and Reed on their former leader, Seth Rollins. WWE.com indicates that Pearce will also provide the fans with an update on Rollins’ condition following the assault.

Rollins suffered a shoulder injury at Crown Jewel that reportedly requires surgery and is expected to keep him out long-term, potentially beyond WrestleMania. The attack by Breakker and Reed served as the storyline explanation for writing Rollins off television.

Championship Matches Set for Raw

In addition to the segment involving The Vision, the October 20 episode of Raw is stacked with championship action. Three title matches have been previously announced for the broadcast. Becky Lynch is set to defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Maxxine Dupri. The Men’s Intercontinental Championship will also be contested, as Dominik Mysterio puts his title on the line against Rusev. Furthermore, the World Tag Team Championship will be defended when champions Finn Balor and JD McDonagh face the team of AJ Styles and Dragon Lee.
