Popular WWE Tag Team Addresses Split Rumors

Kit Wilson of Pretty Deadly competed in a rare singles match on the October 31 episode of WWE SmackDown, facing Carmelo Hayes. Wilson’s solo appearance, complete with new theme music, led many fans to speculate that he and his tag team partner, Elton Prince, were no longer a team.

On X, Wilson highlighted his new theme song, posting “new music, who dis?” When a fan responded to his post asking if Prince and Wilson had split, Kit Wilson made it clear that the team is still going strong. “I’ll never break up with that man,” Wilson posted.

Wilson’s update will come as good news to fans of Pretty Deadly. The duo has not teamed up together since May 2025. Prince suffered an injury during their match on WWE SmackDown at that time, which has kept him sidelined.

In WWE, Pretty Deadly are former WWE NXT and WWE NXT UK Tag Team Champions. While it remains to be seen when Elton Prince will be cleared to return to the ring, fans can expect the “boys” to team again, despite Wilson’s recent solo match.
