WWE Producer Reacts To Report Of Backstage Chaos At Raw

A backstage note has come out regarding Monday’s WWE Raw opening segment, which has now drawn a sarcastic response from a WWE producer. The November 3 show from Rio Rancho, New Mexico, involved the new World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, the returning Logan Paul, and The Vision (Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed). Punk opened the show, but was interrupted by Paul, who was then interrupted by The Vision. The segment ended in a brawl that saw Paul reluctantly side with Punk.

The Report

According to Bryan Alvarez, the opening segment ran roughly ten minutes longer than originally scripted. This reportedly caused a backstage scramble to make up the lost time in later segments. Alvarez wrote: “Opening segment went approximately ten minutes long and they were scrambling.”

The Response

WWE producer Shane “Hurricane” Helms issued a sarcastic response to the report via Twitter/X, mocking the idea of backstage chaos.

“OMG! We were soooo scrambled! It was unreal! Yelling, screaming, monkeys swinging off of chandeliers, the humanity!!!!!!!!”

The Rest Of The Show

Despite the reported timing issue, the rest of the show featured all of its advertised matches. This included a World Tag Team Championship match where AJ Styles and Dragon Lee defeated Finn Balor and JD McDonagh. The show also saw Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez defeat Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and Nikki Bella in a tag team match.

The main event saw CM Punk team with Jey Uso to face Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. That match ended in a double countout, which was followed by Logan Paul attacking CM Punk and aligning himself with The Vision.
