“Hangman” Adam Page Defeats Hobbs, Challenges Samoa Joe to Cage Match
In a chaotic Falls Count Anywhere match on AEW Dynamite, “Hangman” Adam Page picked up a hard-fought victory over Powerhouse Hobbs, only to be ambushed by The Opps, leading to a major challenge for Full Gear.
The Falls Count Anywhere Match
Hobbs dominated most of the early part of the match. He set up Page on the announce desk,but Page “reversed it by back-flipping him over and Hobbs bounced off the mat.
The fight then brawled into the stands. The climax of the match came with Hobbs standing on the barricade on the top of the first row of seats. Page hit him with his boot which sent Hobbs down into a table below. Page followed up with the pin to secure the victory.

The Post-Match Ambush
Page’s celebration was cut short as “Shibata attacked Page and threw him into the barricade. Samoa Joe then came in with a chair and attacked Page with it as the cage started to lower.
Before the cage could fully trap them, Page’s allies intervened. Eddie Kingston pulled Shibata out of the cage. Hook ran in for support, and Joe left before the cage finished lowering, evading a confrontation.
Page grabbed a microphone and told Joe if he wants him inside a cage, you got it at Full Gear.
