John Cena has confirmed that he will wrestle one last time on Monday Night Raw. His final match on WWE’s flagship show will take place on November 17, 2025. In a statement, Cena reflected on his long history with the brand and confirmed his upcoming match at Madison Square Garden will be his last one on Monday nights.
“Over 23 years you’ve allowed me to have 544 matches on WWE Raw. The most in WWE history. My favorite match.. is my next one! Which will be our LAST ONE!”
A Final Farewell To Raw At MSG
Cena’s farewell match on Raw will emanate from the historic Madison Square Garden. His opponent for this final match has not yet been announced. “Don’t miss our last chance to grace The Garden ring as we say farewell to RAW live, Monday night on Netflix at 8pm ET!”
Cena is in the midst of his “Last Time is Now” retirement tour, which is scheduled to conclude on December 13 at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington D.C. The appearance at MSG comes just one week after he captured the Intercontinental Championship for the first time, defeating Dominik Mysterio in his hometown of Boston to become a Grand Slam Champion.
Stacked Card For Monday Night Raw
Cena’s final Raw match adds to an already significant show. The newly crowned Intercontinental Champion’s appearance is the main event, but the card also features a championship defense. Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch is set to defend her title against Maxxine Dupri.
The “Last Time is Now” tournament to determine Cena’s final opponent will also continue with two first-round matches. Solo Sikoa is scheduled to compete against a mystery opponent. In the second tournament match, Gunther will face NXT’s Je’Von Evans.
