WWE Monday Night Raw Results: Live Ongoing Coverage

We are live with ongoing coverage of WWE Monday Night Raw. As always, we will post updates immediately after every match so refresh this page often.

They showed Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Paul Heyman together before the show. They also featured others who will be appearing on the show tonight including Solo Sikoa as well as Gunther. They followed this up with a video package of last week’s match where John Cena won the Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio.

John Cena vs Dominik Mysterio match is made for Survivor Series: WarGames

The show opened with John Cena coming down the aisle into the ring to a huge reaction. The crowd chanted his name as well as “Thank you, Cena” for his last Monday Night Raw appearance. Cena said this is a very important moment for him.

Cena was interrupted by Dominik Mysterio who was met by a chorus of boos. Dominik said he wanted his Intercontinental title rematch. Cena said yes, let’s go right now. Dominik said this week they are going to do it his way. He wants the match at Survivor Series in his backyard of San Diego. Cena said he accepts, but he told the world he would have a match tonight on Monday Night Raw. He told Dominik that he will put the title on the line in San Diego, but he wants a match with him tonight. 

Finn Balor and JD McDonagh came to the ring. They beat down John Cena until Sheamus came into the ring to help Cena. They jumped Sheamus and it was two on one until Rey Mysterio came to the ring to even the odds, and they cleared the ring of Judgment Day. Cena then challenged Judgment Day to fight him, Sheamus, and Rey right now.

John Cena, Rey Mysterio, and Sheamus vs Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, & JD McDonagh)

Cena, Sheamus, and Rey simultaneously gave The Judgment Day the 10 Beats to the Bodhran followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena then hit McDonagh with the AA and pinned him.

Winners: John Cena, Rey Mysterio, and Sheamus

Backstage:

SmackDown GM Nick Aldis and Raw GM Adam Pearce were talking when Paul Heyman interrupted them. Heyman said what he did by bringing back Drew McIntyre was within the rules. He warned them that if they were mad at him for picking McIntyre, wait until they see who he picked for the next person for his team at War Games. He handed Aldis the contract. Aldis and Pearce looked at it and were irritated by it.

During the commercial break:

The Judgment Day got into a scuffle with some of the New York Giants who were sitting at ringside.

Jackie Redmond introduced Stephanie Vaquer to come to the ring:

As Stephanie Vaquer came to the ring for an interview, Nikki Bella attacked her from behind. She said she didn’t come back to be Stephanie’s sidekick. She came back for the WWE Women’s Championship.

Backstage:

Lyra Valkyria and Bayley bumped into The Kabuki Warriors backstage. Asuka wanted Bayley to be part of their team at WarGames. Bayley said no. The Warriors walked away. Lyra told Bayley she is proud of her that she doesn’t want to team with them.

Last Time is Now Tournament Match: Solo Sikoa (w/ Talla Tonga) vs Dolph Ziggler

Solo blocked the Zig Zag. Ziggler blocked the Samoan Spike and hit the Zig Zag for a near fall. Ziggler hit Solo with a superkick. Ziggler again went for the Zig Zag, but Solo ducked and hit him with the Samoan Spike and pinned him.

Winner: Solo Sikoa

Inside the ring:

Alexa Bliss said Charlotte Flair ignored her phone calls all week. Bliss said she had Flair’s back all this time, and Flair left her last week when she got beat up. 

The Kabuki Warriors, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend came to the ring to attack Bliss. As they circled the ring, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY came to the ring. As the two teams brawled with each other, Charlotte came to the ring with a kendo stick and hit Legend and Jax with it which sent them out of the ring. Charlotte hugged Bliss to end the segment, so it looks like she will be part of the WarGames team with Bliss, Ripley, and SKY.

Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (Champion) vs Maxxine Dupri

Maxxine escaped the armbar twice. Maxxine blocked the Manhandle Slam and rolled her up for a near fall. Lynch escaped the ankle lock. Lynch hit the Manhandle Slam but Maxxine’s foot was under the ropes. AJ Lee came out. This distracted Lynch who turned around and got hit by a flying body press off the top rope by Maxxine and was pinned.

Winner and new Women’s Intercontinental Champion: Maxxine Dupri

Last Time is Now Tournament: Gunther vs Je’Von Evans

Evans escaped a Boston Crab. Gunther continued to work Evan’s back by delivering a backbreaker and delivering multiple forearms to the kidney area. Evans delivered a hurricanrana for a  near fall. Evans escaped the sleeper hold and delivered a kick to Gunther’s head which sent him out of the ring. Gunther dove through the ropes, but Gunther caught him and threw him against the side of the ring. 

Gunther went for a suplex but Evans turned it into a cutter. Evans came off the top rope with a body press. He then hit Gunther with a frog splash for a near fall. Evans came off the top rope again but Gunther caught him, gave him a powerbomb for a near fall. Gunther then locked in the sleeper causing him to tap out.

Winner: Gunther

AJ Lee and Maxxine Dupri were backstage. Maxxine said she beat one of the all time greats and now she feels like she belongs. Otis and Akira Tozawa showed up and they walked away with Maxxine to celebrate. 

AJ was asked if she is going to stick around. She said she only came back to help her husband, but Becky Lynch lit a fire in her she forgot she had. Rhea Ripley showed up and asked AJ if she had a minute to chat. AJ said okay and they walked away together.

Brock Lesnar returns:

Bron Breakker, Bronson Red, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Paul Heyman came to the ring. He said this is the best team he has ever had for the War Games.CM Punk made his way to the ring followed by The Usos and then Cody Rhodes. 

The two teams both started fighting inside and outside the ring. Brock Lesnar’s music hit and he made his way into the ring. Punk attacked Lesner as he got in the ring, however, Brock immediately suplexed Punk several times and then did the same to Cody. 

Roman Reign’s music then hit. He made his way into the ring where Lesnar was waiting for him. They had a staredown. Lesnar charged at Roman but Roman hit him with a Superman punch which sent Lesnar out of the ring.

Reed then hit Reigns from behind. Reed went for Tsunami but Reigns hit him with a Superman punch. The NYPD tried to break up the fight while Punk was choking Logan with a kendo stick. Roman then speared Reed through the barricade which sent Reed and the cops through it as well.
