John Cena has confirmed that tonight’s Survivor Series: WarGames event will mark his final match at a WWE Premium Live Event. In a social media post on X, the 16-time World Champion revealed the historic significance of the bout, noting it will be his 178th match at a PLE.
“I’ve been told tonight will be my 178th match at a PLE,” Cena wrote. “Tonight I’m honored for an opportunity to perform at a @WWE PLE One Last Time.”

Cena expressed his excitement for the atmosphere at Petco Park in San Diego, which is hosting the first-ever Survivor Series in a stadium setting. He highlighted the global reach of the event, which is being broadcast on the ESPN app in the United States and Netflix internationally.
