Michelle McCool Has One WWE Match Left In Her

Former Divas Champion Michelle McCool has stated that she is open to returning to WWE for one final run, specifically in the tag team division. McCool discussed the possibility during an episode of the Six Feet Under podcast with her husband, The Undertaker, and special guest Bayley.

McCool Interested In Tag Team Run With Bayley Or Liv Morgan

While discussing the current state of the women’s tag team division, McCool expressed her willingness to step back into the ring if the right opportunity presented itself. She mentioned both Bayley and Liv Morgan as potential partners she would be interested in working with.

“I mean, you did mention at the beginning, Liv did reach out before WrestleMania, so if maybe Liv’s in need of a partner or maybe you need a partner, I’m just saying I can go one time… One run,” McCool said. She added, “I love watching all the odd connections.”

McCool’s History And Recent Appearances

McCool’s last match as a full-time competitor took place at Extreme Rules in 2011, where she lost a “Loser Leaves WWE” match to her former tag team partner, Layla. Following that loss, she retired from in-ring competition.

Despite her retirement, McCool has made several sporadic appearances for WWE over the years. She competed in the Women’s Royal Rumble matches in 2018, 2022, and 2023, and also participated in the battle royal at the all-women’s pay-per-view, Evolution, in 2018.

Current Storylines For Bayley And Liv Morgan

Bayley is currently involved in a tag team storyline with Lyra Valkyria on WWE television. Meanwhile, Liv Morgan continues to be a central figure in The Judgment Day faction.
