WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels has high hopes for NXT wrestler Wren Sinclair. In a recent feature by the San Antonio Express-News, the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative showered the Texas native with compliments regarding her growth and potential.

Michaels Praises Sinclair’s Creative Versatility

Michaels highlighted Sinclair’s adaptability, stating that she is a favorite among the creative team. He emphasized her ability to handle various aspects of the business, from character work to in-ring performance.

“Wren [Sinclair] is one of those people that from a creative standpoint is the joy to get to work with because there isn’t anything that she can’t do,” Michaels said. “She is somebody who has really understood the entertainment aspect of this job while also doing a wonderful job of mastering the in-ring work.”

Predicting A Breakout Year In 2026

Looking toward the future, the WWE legend predicted significant success for Sinclair in the coming year. He pointed to her range in backstage segments as a key indicator of her future star power.

“She can do a backstage (segment), and she can be serious one minute and then just incredibly funny in the next,” Michaels said. “In 2026, I can tell you Wren Sinclair is going to have a breakout year.”

Sinclair made her debut in 2024 and has since aligned herself with the No Quarter Catch Crew, working alongside Charlie Dempsey.
