AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament Final: Timeless Love Bombs (Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa) vs The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron & Willow Nightingale)

Willow hit a cannonball on Toni and Mina outside the ring early in the match. Toni hit a DDT on Harley. Mina locked in a figure-4 on Harley while Willow locked in an Indian Death lock on Toni. After escaping, the teams exchanged chops and headbutts. Toni hit a Storm Zero on Harley but Willow broke up the pin attempt. Harley hit a neckbreaker on Mina. She made the tag to Willow who nailed Harley with a Doctor Bomb and pinned her to become the first ever AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions.

Backstage:

Samoa Joe said Eddie Kingston wanted the Samoa Joe from the independents while not realizing he is standing in front of him. He vowed to kick Kingston’s ass and show him what this industry is all about.

Backstage: 

The Death Riders were backstage. Jon Moxley said they are the hardest working individuals in wrestling today. Daniel Garcia said they are going to take whatever they want every single time they wrestle.

Continental Classic Gold League: Kazuchika Okada (3 Points) vs Jack Perry (0 Points)

Perry was punching Okada against the turnbuckle. Okada escaped and dropkicked Perry off the top turnbuckle. Perry fell out of the ring and “injured his knee.” Okada came off the top rope with an elbow drop on Perry. Perry blocked the Rainmaker and hit him with a drop kick. Perry blocked another Rainmaker and caught him with a reverse hurricanrana and a flying knee for a near fall. Okada went for a Tombstone, but Perry bit him in the crotch and applied an STF. Okada made it to the ropes to break the hold. Okada hit a Rainmaker. He went for a second one but Perry ducked it. Okada then hit him with another Rainmaker and pinned him to score three points. Okada now has six points in the tournament.
