Seth Rollins has opened up about the challenges of filming the WWE docuseries WWE Unreal, describing the process as a “hassle” due to the constant presence of cameras. The series, which debuted on Netflix in 2025, offers an unprecedented look behind the curtain at the inner workings of WWE creative and the lives of its superstars.
Speaking on the Ross Tucker Podcast, Rollins provided a candid assessment of what it’s like to be a subject of the show.
“I say this in a very kind way,” Rollins said. “It’s actually more of a hassle because it’s an extra crew of people following you around kind of dissecting everything you’re doing. So, you’re on all the time and in times when you’re not thinking about being on … It’s a bit of an extra step for us.”
Despite the added pressure, Rollins expressed hope that the series will shed a positive light on the personal lives of wrestlers, particularly the family dynamic he shares with his wife, Becky Lynch.
“I hope the end result is good and I hope it helps kind of portray our family dynamic in a business that’s not really known for family dynamics in a positive light,” Rollins added.
The second season of WWE Unreal is set to premiere on Netflix on January 20, 2026. This season will reportedly focus on Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, and Pat McAfee, in addition to featuring Rollins and Lynch.
Rollins is currently out of action with a shoulder injury sustained during his match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. He has stated that he is working towards a return for WrestleMania 42.
