Seth Rollins Provides Update On Timeline For Return From Injury

Seth Rollins gives an update on the timetable for his recovery, estimating three or four months left. Speaking on Mohr Stories, the former World Champion revealed the timeline for his return from rotator cuff surgery. Rollins noted that he underwent the procedure roughly two months ago and still has a significant rehabilitation period ahead of him.

“I have a few more months left with my shoulder,” Rollins said. “I had the rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago, almost nine from where we’re talking right now. So I got another three months, four months at least.”

This timeline suggests that Rollins could potentially be cleared to compete around March or April 2026. This would place his return right in the middle of the busiest season of the year for WWE, as the company builds toward WrestleMania 42.

Rollins has been out of action since the fall. His absence has been felt on Monday Night Raw, where he has been a mainstay in the main event scene for years. Plans had to be changed and he was kicked out of The Vision earlier than originally planned.
