AEW Worlds End Results: Jon Moxley Wins Continental Classic

Kazuchika Okada vs. Jon Moxley in the Continental Classic Final took place at the AEW Worlds End pay-per-view event from Chicago, Illinois.

It was slow-paced at first with Okada in the driver’s seat. Okada worked over the left knee of Moxley including putting him on a figure four leg lock. Okada beat down Moxley, but he wouldn’t give up. A frustrated Okada got a title but the referee took it away and Moxley hit a low blow as the referee wasn’t looking. Moxley with the death rider for the win.

Winner: Jon Moxley

Post-match, the rest of the Death Riders came out to celebrate with Moxley. Moxley cut a promo about how the title belongs to the wrestlers who worked hard in the tournament and the fans who paid to see and support pro wrestling. It was a babyface promo. He said that the hardest-working wrestlers in pro wrestling are in AEW.
