Lots of heat on Dixie Carter; Panda Energy lawyers fly to Nashville offices

There continues to be heat on Dixie Carter from people in the company over how she is running the company. Dixie held a meeting recently with TNA employees at the offices in Nashville and asked why the morale was so low in the company. It should be obvious that the morale in the company is low for several reasons: wrestler pay is low for most of the roster, there is a lot of talent that is signed and not being uses, lots of talent cuts, and no word on a new deal with Spike TV yet.

The feeling in the company is that John Gaburick is in over his head because he’s the person running creative but that’s not a job that he’s had experience with. He never worked in creative when he worked in WWE. There weas a lot of head scratching when the company announced that Christy Hemme was joining the creative team.

One other thing that had people concerned was Panda Energy lawyer Creede Williams showing up in Nashville to have meetings with Dixie over the past few weeks. Janice Carter was also at those meetings. The reason for the concern is that Nashville employees rarely see Janice and the lawyer always stays in Texas so that had people in the company talking.

At the same meeting Dixie asked why TNA didn’t have a presence at WrestleMania XXX weekend. One person noted that Dixie always talks about what they should have done but never talks about what they should do.  Right now the feeling in the company is that they need someone to push the doors open and make things happen but that is not happening right now in TNA and the feeling is that the company is just spinning it’s wheels.
