There are reports online about the start date for Global Force Wrestling. The word is that they may start running events as soon as October of this year.
TNA is definitely looking at what GFW is doing and there is concern. At last week’s meetings when Dixie Carter asked (as we noted earlier) why the company didn’t have a presence in New Orleans, she also noted that Jeff Jarrett was there and he at least had people talking and made something out of nothing.
Another reason that GFW is on TNA’s radar is because a lot of the people that TNA had good relationships with (NASCAR’s Hermie Sadler and TNA’s former PR guy Chris Thomas) are now working for Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling.
