Variety is reporting that the deal between WWE Universal is not completed yet but they are very close. As expected, the announcement is expected this afternoon. The reason for the hold up on completing the deal is because the two sides need to figure out issues with digital rights. One of the things WWE wants is to air their shows on the WWE Network sooner than the current 60 day timeframe after the shows air.
