PWInsider.com is reporting that morale is not good backstage at TNA. That goes without saying but the feeling among the employees working for the company is that Dixie Carter does not appreciate the hard work being done. I know there are people working in Nashville that wear different hats because they are understaffed. Jeremy Borash is another employee that has worn many hats for the company over the years.
It is also being said that Dixie Carter is not someone people feel comfortable approaching these days and it seems like she’s in her own world.
There are talents privately hoping that Jeff Jarrett’s new promotion gets off the ground because they know WWE is likely not an option.
