All Elite Wrestling held a live Dynamite episode before taping Collision on Wednesday night from Buffalo, NY, and a notable name was in action for a dark match.
EJ Nduka was in that bout. The 6-foot-5 former college football player and bodybuilder previously wrestled for WWE NXT as ‘Ezra Judge.” After being let go by WWE, he turned his career around in MLW, where he became a Tag Team Champion.
He worked his first AEW match on Dark, where he lost to Konosuke Takeshita on January 28, 2023. Nduka was offered a full-time AEW contract after the match. Nduka had interest from multiple companies, including WWE and those in Japan. He ended up signing a full-time deal with AEW.
He later worked a pre-Collision match in September before working two other AEW matches. His previous match was at BRCW March Madhouse 2024 this past March.
The former WWE/MLW star returned to the ring, where he went over Marcus Mathers in a singles match. You can see some photos below:
