AEW All In Texas is already breaking records and cementing its place in professional wrestling history. According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Monday’s public on-sale for the event generated over $1.25 million in ticket sales, making it the third highest-grossing event in AEW’s history.
This impressive figure places All In Texas behind only the two previous All In events held at London’s Wembley Stadium. Notably, it surpasses all other AEW events held in North America, marking a significant milestone for the company.
While Meltzer didn’t have the exact number of tickets sold, he speculated that a majority of the revenue came from higher-priced tickets. The pre-sale for the event began on December 2nd, with VIP packages going on sale even earlier on November 20th.
AEW All In Texas is scheduled for Saturday, July 12th at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. This event will be a historic one for AEW, as it marks their first-ever outdoor stadium show in North America.
The week of All In Texas will also feature the return of the popular Starrcast convention organized by Conrad Thompson. Fans can anticipate a series of events and activities leading up to the main show, with further details to be announced soon.
With over seven months until the show, it’s likely that this record-breaking trend will continue and it could end up being the highest-grossing event in company history.
