AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada vs. Mark Briscoe vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Konosuke Takeshita in a Fatal 4-Way Match took place at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event from NOW Arena in Chicago, IL.
A wild start before Briscoe got the better of Takeshita. Mark and Cassidy hit outside dives/kicks then elbow drops off the apron. Mark with a series of suplexes to everyone before being taken out. Takeshita with an outside dive followed by Mark with a dive. Mark had a cut around his eyebrow. Takeshita with the blue thunder bomb for 2 on Okada. Takeshita with a powerslam off the top rope then Mark withan elbow drop to Takeshita. Takeshita with a big boot to Okada. Takeshita blocked a stunner and hit a pilediver into a german suplex. Takeshita put up the knees on an elbow drop attempt by Mark. Okada with rainmaker on Cassidy for the win.
Winner: Okada
