AEW and Austin Matelson, better known as Luchsaurus, are no longer in a legal battle with CFX over a mask design.
The lawsuit brought forward by CFX claimed similarities between a mask they created and the mask used by Matelson.
CFX filed an amended complaint alleging Matelson had another mask maker create a similar mask to their copyrighted work as they believed it was a breach of contract.

The order of dismissal issued by the judge noted, “The Court has been made aware that the parties have reached a settlement. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice to the right, upon good cause shown, to reopen the action or to seek summary judgment enforcing the compromise if settlement is not consummated within sixty days of this order.
