It was first reported that due to AEW taping Rampage after Dynamite on most weeks, the promotion planned to move the Dark tapings to Universal Studios. AEW President Tony Khan later confirmed it on an All Out media call.
The idea is for Dark to be primarily a studio format going forward, but there will still be some editions in arenas. Dark: Elevation will continue to be taped at the weekly Dynamite events for now.
TNA/Impact Wrestling used the lot for several years to tape their weekly shows. They had aired shows from Soundstage 21 and then later at Soundstage 19 and 20.
