AEW has started to announce things for this week’s episode of Dynamite, the fallout edition of their flagship show from this past Sunday’s All In pay-per-view event at Wembley Stadium that was newsworthy.
AEW has confirmed that Bryan Danielson will make an appearance after beating Swerve Strickland in a title vs. career match in the AEW All In headliner to capture the World Heavyweight Title. Danielson will give an update on his future.
While speaking at the All In media scrum, Danielson said he hadn’t thought much about his future past the match at All In and was unsure about what’s next. He noted he will have an announcement on Dynamite.
Also, Ricochet will work his Dynamite debut match on this show after the former WWE star showed up during the Casino Gauntlet Match, which stipulated that the winner could cash in for a World Title match at any time. Christian Cage won that bout.
Fightful Select reported earlier this week that Ricochet had signed a multi-year deal with the promotion, was traveling to London for AEW All In, and planned to attend the show. He ended up with WWE in June, as his deal expired.
Ricochet will meet Kyle Fletcher in a singles match on the show. Don Callis announced the news in this clip below:
