AEW Collision (8/5/23) Ratings Hit Hard by WWE SummerSlam Competition

The ratings are in for Saturday’s AEW Collision. The show drew 417,000 viewers. In the 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.13 rating.

This is down from last week’s 739,000 total viewership and a 0.27 key demo rating. This show went head-to-head with WWE SummerSlam, which was expected to impact Collision’s ratings. It was the lowest Collision ratings to date.

Real World Champion CM Punk vs. Ricky Starks, AEW Tag Team Champions FTR vs. Big Bill & Brian Cage, TBS Champion Kris Statlander vs. Mercedes Martinez, and AEW World Trios Champions The House of Black vs. Action Andretti, Darius Martin, & Lee Johnson was featured on the show.

6/17/23: 816,000 Total Viewership – 0.33 key demo rating – Premiere Episode

6/24/23: 595,000 Total Viewership – 0.21 key demo rating

7/1/23: 452,000 Total Viewership – 0.13 key demo rating

7/8/23: 580,000 Total Viewership – 0.21 key demo rating

7/15/23: 579,000 Total Viewership – 0.20 key demo rating – Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals

7/22/23: 618,000 Total Viewership – 0.18 key demo rating

7/29/23: 739,000 Total Viewership – 0.27 key demo rating

8/5/23: 417,000 Total Viewership – 0.13 key demo rating
